Culture of safety is the shared values, attitudes, and behaviors of an organization that prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
It’s a commitment to create an environment where the well-being of every individual is paramount.
The culture of safety looks into the things (risk zones, lack of knowledge, ignorance, rebellious attitudes, misfortunes, negative habits, sinful behaviors, extreme feminism etc),
which could go wrong (become accidents, criminal activities, loss of souls, life, property, heritage etc),
And via community leadership (parents, educational system, church leaders, community leadership, public services, Media, Police, security department etc),
they all decide to work in unity to solve, design measure of precautions, and also come up with remedies, so that their community may overcome those riskzones.
Being in the state where a person is able to avoid accidents, capital offence, and criminal behaviors which can destroy, cause danger, and cause injuries against human life…
Culture of Safety;
It is the culture of transfering the responsibility and accountability into the male gender, enabling, cultivating, empowering, and equipping a home, family, social activities, or community with passed down cultural values, knowledge and capabilities,
so that the Pracautions which protects land, human souls from emotional defilements, resources, cultural responsibilities (inheritance, inherited genetics, assets, morals, ethical conducts, norms, the sciencie of agriculture etc),
which are passed down from one generation into another generation may be sustained, preserved, maintained, and also protected from the extreme feminism of the immoral woman, and weaknesses of a female gender).
In the realm of prayer:
Men (male gender) must repent, apply prayers of intercession on behalf of the female, so that God may heal the Land (mother land), and also forgive man for not playing his role as male gender (FATHER) to protect the female…
How’s is information passed on via the culture of safety to its citizens?
Its done through sensitization, entertainment which is educational (Edutainment) creating awareness (via media, schools, different organization, festivals, movies, television, radiowaves, internet, radiating frequincies that travels in AIR,
Using an utterance of speech (speaking with one accord, speaking the same language which addresses the risk zones, errors, bad social activities that needs changing,
and also using the same language to expose the solutions that the community needs to implement, so that they may overcome their risk zones.
A positive safety culture reflects a real commitment to safety and can be characterized by:

being honest, and applying the attribute of honesty when dealing with measurements in the scales of economics, or science of doing business…

Allowing God’s truth to be spoken, become the rod (law) that structures the morals, ethics, terms of use and manuscript that incubates the culture of TEAMWORK…
LEARNING:
Collecting, analyzing, and learning from data of collected statistics, reporting safety and quality issues, and learning from mistakes
FAIRNESS:
Treating people fairly, including staff and patients
CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT:
Continuously learning and improving safety risks
SUPPORTIVE TEAMWORK:
Creating a psychologically, and physiological safe environment for supportive teamwork
