Between ELUL (that occured the 4th September 2024), and TISHREI that started on 3rd October and ends on 1st November 2024:

God is making the effectiveness of His cloud to intensify the culture of fashioning, designing, and making the fabric reality of His plans, work, miracles, blessings, the cloud that contains the organic knowledge,

which motivates the strategies of farming, cultivating land, transmiting the radiating frequencies that influencies culture etc, enabling God’s purpose to manifest in MOTHER EARTH…

Genesis 2:6 (on the New Moon of ELUL);

but a MIST went up from the earth and watered (did a Mikvah) to the whole face of the ground.

Before God formed Adam from the dust,; a MIST (a cloud ) first hovered over the place where he was formed:

A Mist; a (cloud) of tiny water droplets suspended in the atmosphere at, or near the earth’s surface…

Before God engages Himself into the act of making, moulding, fashion and making things in mother earth,

He first allows His PRAYER WARRIORS to Pray, declare, incarnate, prophecy and bring into manifestation His “MIST” (shekinah presence, agricultural energies, covering cloud, and atmospheric presence),

so that the MIST may hover, cultivate, plough, cause a baptitism, incubate, and formulate over the area (cologne or region) where its hanging.

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

The Drought Ends

41 Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.”

rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’ ”

2 Samuel 22:12 cloud

He made darkness canopies around Him, Dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

Song of Solomon 2:4:

…He brought me to the banqueting house, And his banner (canopy) over me was love.

Psalm 97:2

Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

The hovering cloud poured down water to wet the ground, and then God formed Adam’s body:

Genesis 2:7

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

God leads His people via the cloud of covering:

Nehemiah 9:12

Moreover You led them by day with a cloudy pillar, And by night with a pillar of fire,

To give them light on the road Which they should travel.

Cloud of witness (an ancient presence of souls witnesses, patriarchs) possessing the radiating energies and God’s frequencies:

Hebrews 12:1:

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a CLOUD of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight,

and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,

The 70 elders (the order of the oracle of the seventy nations) concealed in the cloud:

Numbers 11:25

Then the Lord came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him,

and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened,

when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again.

Spiritual presence of God’s covering, or hovering, hanging over mother earth through the cloud:

Genesis 1:2-3:

2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep.

And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

1 Kings 8:12

Then Solomon spoke: “The Lord said He would dwell in the dark cloud.

Deuteronomy 5:22

“These words the Lord spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, the cloud,

and the thick darkness, with a loud voice; and He added no more.

And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me.

Genesis 2:3:

3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

Rain being a witness that marks the sign of a fruitful season and joy:

Acts 14:17

Nevertheless He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good,

gave us rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.”

The Drought Ends, by Elijah praying for the rain to come:

Deuteronomy 28:12

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, the clouds), to give the rain to your land in its season,

and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way,

and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night.

Cloud of God’s covering, seasons and presence:

Exodus 13:22

He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people.

Exodus 40:38

For the cloud of the Lord was above the tabernacle by day, and fire was over it by night,

in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
